Vidal PP/PA, Alexander Hunter (Williams) PP/EAD, Charles Penney (Twiss) NII/PW, and Chilip Toomey (Thompson) „H/L/PP. 07 3 03 6 2. Kr. Lopez ave a report of his contacts in Cuba after receiving r his notes which were brought up b. Kr. (Noel and given to Mr. Lopez by Sr. Toomey. Mr. Lopez said that he had given biographical sketches of Echevarria, Rasco, Laureano Batista, Martinez Fraga, Ruben de Leon and Sanchez Arango to the Station representative, he had also turned over a report of Martinos Fraga on the aims of the Recureracion de la Revolicion. 3. Mr. Lopez" resort was taped and a transcript will be forwarded to ./H by PP/PA. 02 4. Specific recommendations made by lr. Lopez included having Herbert Matthews go to Havana and try to influence Castro. Matthews has a good reputation throughout the 26th"
