While there she was introduced to an American citizen named Bernie Brenner, a nevepaperman from the Piani Beach Sun. Brenner is a friend of Cobb's boss Juan Orta, the Administrative assistant of Fidel Castro. Brenner gave Cobb a note in an envelope that was sealed for delivery to Orta. Cobb opened the note and copied the cortents which were as follows:"
