What this item anchors

A segment of the Main Street curb, south of the triple underpass, from which a fragment was chipped by a bullet or bullet fragment. Bystander James Tague was slightly wounded by the resulting concrete spall. The curb fragment was removed and examined by the FBI; the source of the fragment is discussed in the Commission record.
