The official autopsy report on President Kennedy, prepared by Commander James J. Humes, Commander J. Thornton Boswell, and Lt. Col. Pierre A. Finck at the Bethesda Naval Medical Center on November 22-24, 1963. The report locates entry and exit wounds and describes the trajectory of the fatal head wound. Its conclusions were re-examined by the Clark Panel (1968), the Rockefeller Commission (1975), the HSCA medical panel (1978), and the ARRB (1998).
